H. H. Maharaja Takhtsinghji (1858 – 1896)
The ruler of Bhavnagar state. The first pupil of Rajkumar College who also became it’s patron for life. He adopted a modern system of civil and criminal justice. Reformed many public utilities & was celebrated as a ‘Model ruler of Model state’.
